A 1937 Pontiac hood ornament, or car mascot, still reflects light quite well after so many years of sitting outside quietly decaying.
A polished chrome hood ornament, rendered in an Art Deco style, prominently displays a stylized profile of a human figure, hinting at speed and grace. The figure, carefully detailed, appears to have a serene expression with defined features, including a pointed chin and a streamlined forehead, evoking the aerodynamic designs of classic automobiles. Trever Miller is a self-taught photographer who has been exploring image making for over a decade now. Born and raised in rural Alberta, he moved to the city of Calgary in 1986 to pursue post secondary education in the field of computer technology. A lifetime of learning new things on his own terms in his IT career is also applied to photography. He is never satisfied with just close enough and constantly strives to improve in all aspects of photographic image creation.
